We work with a broad range of Clients from individual house owners to small businesses, to state bodies, in designing and managing most types of normal building projects. My personal attention is given to all Clients.
RIAI : The Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland is the representative body for professionally qualified Architects in Ireland. Membership of the RIAI is accepted by the Government, the Courts and the EU as the required standard for the practice of Architecture. Liam Clarke has been in continuous full membership of the RIAI since 1986 and the Practice has been a Practice Member since it’s inception.
We provide the following Professional Services:
- Planning Consultancy, advice on Planning issues etc.
- Preparation of Planning Applications
- Preparation of Fire Safety Certificate Applications
- Advice on sustainability, renewable energy etc.
- Preparation of Drawings on Autocad
- Architectural Assessments for Protected Structures
- Certificates of Compliance with Planning Permission and Building Regulations
- Valuations for Mortgage drawdown etc.
- Act as P.S.D.P. (Project Supervisor Design Process) on our own projects
We have extensive experience in:
- Design of one-off houses, holiday cottages, extensions, etc.
- Primary School Projects for Department of Education
- Architectural Conservation projects for local Protected Structures
- Maintenance Projects on behalf of the Office of Public Works
- Preparation of Planning Applications
- Hotel Extensions
Under the Planning and Development Act 2000 any project which involves work to a Protected Structure will require the input of a Specialist Conservation Architect.
